A recognized medical organization in California is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their growing Training & Enablement team as their new Front-End React Developer. In this role, the Front-End React Developer will be responsible for assisting with building out the company's next generation suite of custom tools and features.

Responsibilities:

The Front-End React Developer will:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and evaluate user requirements and identify solutions
• Clearly communicate design and technical concepts to internal stakeholders via wireframes, mockups, and rapid prototypes
• Design and build user interface elements that result in intuitive user experiences
• Develop a wide range of new tools and features using React
• Build reusable and scalable React components that can be leveraged across projects
• Maintain and improve existing codebase
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues one-on-one with end users
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional JavaScript experience with React
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or a related field
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3 and SASS, including frameworks like Bootstrap or Material
• Demonstrated experience or strength in UI/UX design
• Familiarity with UX software such as InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Practical experience with package management tools (NPM, Yarn)
• Proficiency with Git / SourceTree
• Familiarity with SQL queries; bonus points for working knowledge of SQLAlchemy
• Strong interest in learning new systems and technologies
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity / experience with Python / Flask application framework
