• Candidate need to be 10-15 years of experience.

• Should have played client facing roles – both Technical and Business teams.

• Should be a very good hands-on skills. Should be capable of coding on regular basis.
• Should have worked in Large Development projects.
• Should Have a very strong trouble-shooting skills.
• Should be flexible to experiment in new technical areas as per the need of the clients.
• Should have strong hands on React JS with Hooks.
• Should have strong hands on Java Script.
• Should have strong hands on Core Java
• Scenario based coding interview will be part of evaluation. Candidates should be able to perform coding using Java Script and React JS.
• Work experience in Capital Markets/Forex Trading Platform/Front office will be helpful

• 2nd round light coding test – webex video interview
• 3rd round client interview/live coding
