Our growing client is looking for a Team Lead, Mobile Development to lead and mentor our team of software developers, while being the key partner to our Director, Enterprise Architecture and Technologies. In this role you’ll work in an agile environment, partnering with our technical teams supporting all technical aspects of each assigned project or product. The successful Team Lead will work across varying technical teams to ensure complete technical solution delivery.

What you’ll do:

Ensure latest thinking, processes, and technologies are used within the development team while building complex software solutions

Lead and support the most complex projects

Develop, mentor, and lead developers throughout cross-functional agile teams

Provide insightful feedback, coaching, and development to team members of varying levels

Creates and maintains an effective working relationship with product owners, end-users, and other members of the IT department

Collaborate with product owners to coordinate, develop, and implement product releases

Bridge the gap between concept of the project and actions required to complete it

Effectively communicates task progress for technical team members

Maintains knowledge regarding product and agile scrum process

Consolidates technical resource estimates and skill need, both internally and externally

Partners with Director on the delivery and implementation of agile development practices, product lifecycle management, PMLC, and ITIL

Own overall technical responsibility of products throughout their life cycles

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in project management (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative), ITIL, and SDLC processes

Broad understanding of internal business operations, internal IT systems, Datawarehouse and the in-house company policy requirements

Demonstrated abilities to research new products and technologies and in designing serverless scalable software solutions

Broad technical skills and knowledge in solution design, development, and architecture, cloud hosting, DevOps, software integration, Azure, DevOps, React Native, Typescript, NodeJS, Azure Functions, Angular, SQL, Restful APIs and modern auth

Exceptional people leader- can inspire, drive positive change, build collaboration and teamwork, and be relatable to associates

Other key requirements:

Significant experience as a Developer and/or significant experience with several hardware and software platforms 

Current, strong development experience

Strong background with solution development and integration design and coding experience, may include previous experience as an IT Developer

Experience with formal and informal people leadership, strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, preferred
