React JS Lead (Hybrid)

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified React JS Lead with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities:

Looking for a strong REACT JS Lead.

Designs, develops, implements, and updates software systems in accordance with the needs of the organization.

Evaluates, schedules, and resources development projects; investigates user needs; and documents, tests, and maintains computer programs.

Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.

Works collaboratively with developers across regions.

Hands on expertise in REACT UI build and WEB development related concepts.

Understand the approaches discussed and implement them properly from the given UI framework.

Should be well versed with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.

Should be able to debug and solve any technical issues faced.

Should be able to understand the client requirements and get it executed within estimated time.

Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

12+ years of experience in design, build and implementation of highly scalable enterprise applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Front-end technologies - micro frontend, React, React libraries, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Typescript, CSS Preprocessors

Proficient in responsive design and x-browser experience.

Hands on experience in developing ADA compliance apps.

Beginner experience in UI/UX design

Familiar with in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, ORM (Hibernate).

Proficiency in micro services specification (OpenApi/Swagger) and integration with front-end.

Experienced with AWS cloud technologies (EKS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, terraform). AWS Developer or Solution Architect certification preferred.

DevOps - Git, Sonar, Jenkins, Monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, AWS Cloud Watch, AWS code pipeline etc.)

Proficiency with Agile Scrum delivery methodology.

Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.

Guide and mentor, the pod team (API, Front-end, Testing) by helping to address the technical challenges, define standards, and patterns.
