Senior Django/React Developer

We're seeking a Senior Django/React Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience or an equivalent skill level to join our engineering team.

Role Summary:

As a Sr Django/React Developer, you will contribute to our products' technical design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage and prioritize projects across multiple platforms

• Participate in planning, task breakdown, and estimation

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications in Python/Django and Typescript/React

• Write clean, optimized code that adheres to coding standards

• Contribute to best practices across the full SDLC

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience or equivalent skill level in building full stack applications using Python/Django and Typescript/React. Extensive experience with Django REST framework, and deployment in a production environment. Proficient experience in an Agile software development environment.

• Preferred Skills: Increase efficiency, reduce infrastructure costs, debugging, troubleshooting complex scenarios, permissions, code reviews, build processes, and building modular packages that can be utilized across projects.

Advanced Test/Challenge:

Selected applicants must be prepared to take an advanced technical, design, and management test to showcase their skills.

Job Details:

• Job Types: Contract to hire

• Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

• Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off, Bonus pay

• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

• Work Location: In-person with a reliable commute or planned relocation to Fort Lee, NJ 07024
