As a Senior Front End UI Engineer. you will be responsible for full cycle project leadership, including being a key member of our client's engineering team. In this role you will architect and engineer the user interface for the client's ad-serving platform, to be used by their internal teams. Application architecture, design input, site layout/user interface, feature and product creation, and Javascript development are some of the important things you will ultimately be responsible for.

What you will do:

• Own a complex and critical set of front-end and UI services and applications within our client's proprietary product offering.

• lead endeavor and team members to ensure that UI functionality meets business requirements while interfacing with Engineering, Operations, Data Science and commercial teams

• Work with a senior team of motivated software engineers to push growth for the purpose of product and funnel improvement

• Create optimal technical documentation (simple yet complex), standards, SOP and create the teams best practices

• Push the entire process of product and feature development: creation, design, development, deployment, optimization.

You are a great fit if…

• You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in front end development (React.js a MUST) for marketing-focused businesses

• You have a well-created portfolio on GitHub (or other similar VCS's) that demonstrates why you are an elite, well-experienced Front-end UI Engineer

• You are a JavaScript expert and have experience using ReactJS and/or TypeScript to maintain SPAs (Single Page Applications)

• You are confident in your skillset and experience in the following areas: Source Map Analysis, Bundle Size Optimization, Chunking, Prefetching, Loadable Components, Intersect API and Web Hooks of all types

• You can manage projects at a high-level, including multiple projects at one given time, while also knowing how to deal with time constraints, budgets and a spread-out team.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Abiding by Semantic HTML coding practices
• Coding HTML from scratch
• Coding XHTML Strict Doctype
• Coding CSS
• Coding JavaScript (JS) functions from scratch - React.js
• Are a Javascript Expert, with over 5+ years of React.js/Typescript Development at a high level
• Performing cross-browser web development (IE7, 8, 9, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iPad, iPhone)
• Coding jQuery utilizing jQuery APIs
• Senior experience in UI design & development
• Have developed multiple products and are familiar with product development lifecycle
• Have worked in or on digital marketing/marketing and/or advertising related projects
• Extensive experience building complex single-page applications (SPAs) with multiple systems
• Hands-on experience in Source Map Analysis, Bundle Size Optimization, Chunking, Prefetching, Loadable Components, Intersect API and Web Hooks
• Slicing a PSD and building pages from scratch utilizing HTML, CSS, and jQuery for enhanced functionality
