BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated React JS Software Engineer in the Location NYC, New York!

Position Title: Sr. React JS Developer

Location: NYC, New York

Expected Duration (possible extension): 12 Months

This role is for an experienced JavaScript consultant to work on trade negotiation and execution platforms built using modern Web technologies. This person will be responsible for the development of new features and be accountable for the overall success of deliveries including analysis and design, development, deployment, optimization, and day-to-day operations. You will be working within a multidisciplinary, globally distributed team including UX/VD designers, business analysts, UI and server-side developers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience with React/Redux, Typescript, Rx.js, Material UI, WebSocket, Jasmine, Jest

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices

Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

Experience of full software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

A DevOps mind-set, with a strong focus on continuous improvement

Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Additional Skills:
