Praescient Analytics is seeking a UI / UX React Development Engineer to join our team to support our intelligence customer in Reston, VA. This position will require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a UI/UX React Development Engineer, your daily duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the development team to create stunning UI and UX designs.
  • Utilizing your proficiency in REACT to design and implement user interfaces.
  • Wireframing and prototyping to craft intuitive and efficient user experiences.
  • Ensuring that design elements are aligned with industry best practices and responsive across different devices.
  • Participating in usability testing and incorporating feedback to continuously improve designs.

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant UI/UX development experience.
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Government clearance (TS/SCI)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as REACT, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous UI/UX projects.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for interactive UI elements.
  • A solid grasp of HTML and CSS to translate designs into functional web interfaces.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
  • A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
