This Enterprise SaaS start up in Menlo Park is changing the game when it comes to buying gifts for friends and employees. Their platform allows various merchants to integrate with their software creating a “One Stop Shop” for all your gifting needs. 

They are looking for  both a Lead and Senior Front End Engineer to join their team in building out new features on their existing platform. In addition you will improving and ensuring the product’s cross-platform capabilities in a fast paced environment. This engineer should be extremely proficient in a modern JavaScript Framework (React or Angular) and have back end experience as well with Node.js or Backbone.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 years (minimum) with a modern JavaScript framework: React or Angular
  • 4 years (minimum) with back end frameworks : Node.js or Backbone
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Ambitions to grow and be a leader/mentor.
  • Candidates must be local. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Building out new features on top of their existing platform (New Development).
  • Ensuring products and features are well integrated and functioning across all platforms.
  • Heavy use of Backbone with plans on migrating to React on the front end.
  • Working with Node.js on the back end.
